Clash Magazine Voted Best Magazine Of The Year 2005 Dundee based Clash Magazine last night took home the much coveted Music Magazine of the Year Award at the Record Of The Day Award ceremony in London, beating off stiff competition from stalwarts of the music mag industry NME and Q.

The awards, hosted by Radio 1's Steve Lamaq and held at Islington Academy, London, were voted for by the UK music industry and were attended by leading music journalists.Celebrating its 2nd birthday next issue, Clash has raised its profile by following its instincts and presenting exclusive interviews with the best new bands alongside established and legendary artists.The aim of Clash is to cover the wide spectrum of styles that seamlessly transcend the genres of rock and dance, mirroring the burgeoning crossover scene of today's clubs and charts.

Our communication with artists, labels and the music industry and dedicated approach to write and illustrate the best of what music has to offer has seen us been rewarded the most exclusive interviews by top international artists.Clash has received several other top accolades in writing, design, and marketing and won Best New Magazine of the Year at the 2004 PPA Scotland awards the magazine has a strong reputation in an industry normally dominated by larger corporate publishers.
